Authors are encouraged to send their abstracts, which will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee. Then, accepted works could participate in the Symposium, previously sending the full paper in compliance with the formatting rules. At least one of the authors must be enrolled on the conference.
Abstract submission: October 28th
Notification of acceptance: October 30th, 2015
Full-paper submission: November 10th, 2015
Both submissions will be processed through the Easychair platform. Authors not being users must sign in by clicking “Create and account” on the Home page.
Authors must access to Easychair with their Username and Password. On the top menu, they must select “New Submission” and fill in the required data. Then, they should attach their abstracts in PDF (according to the sample) and finally send it by clicking “Submit”.
Full papers will be submitted both in PDF and Word format. Authors must log into Easychair with their username and password. On the right top menu, select “Submission XX” (“XX” is the number of you paper on EasyChair) and click on “Update file”. Attach the document in PDF (according to the sample) and click “Submit”.
At the same time, authors are encouraged to submit their papers in Word format to the email email@example.com, so they could be included in the Proceedings. The subject of the email must be “Proceedings Submission XX” (XX: your paper identification number on EasyChair).
If authors are not interested in publishing their work in the book (not Proceedings) edited by Springer, it should be specified in the email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the full paper. Conditions to be published can be found in the section Publication.
Also, the Symposium will have online presentations, which will be held on the planned dates.
